Why is there a charge on my card?

It's a charge for our club membership or events.

Who is TheYoungSharks.com?

Were a networking group for young professionals based out of Orlando Florida operating in multiple different cities. We provide services to our members via our private club which provides access to a network of young professionals, events, courses, among other services. We’ve been in business since 2021 and our company is owned primarily by Carlos Morilla.

Why are you charging us?

This is either a charge for access to our business and professional networking group platform, Or access to one of our events or one of our other products.

Doesn’t ring a bell?

If the product names above don’t ring a bell, it’s possible your business partner is significant other purchase one of our products. Found that 95% of the time the confusion arises from someone else at a company signing up for the product.

Can we get an invoice for the charges?

Every time we bill you we send an invoice to the email address you parentheses for your coworker parentheses when you slash they signed up. If you need a receipt we can always send you one if you send us a request at support@theyoungsharks.com

Can we get a refund?
